I didn't have the chance to talk about Boner City aka The Dark Knight, but now everybody knows it's amazing and it's old news now, so I've got nothing. Nothin at all.

"mojito mondays "

I would just like to let you all know that because I put the comic up on Monday nights, I miss the glory that is "Mojito Mondays" at my new fancy hipster/yuppie dive in Phoenix with my pals. God!

In other news, Mc Chris is playing in Tempe in August. Then in September, many things are happening. First is Vegas. That's right, both parties of this comic misadventure will magically be in Vegas at the same time! Maybe we'll have a twomonocles convention in somebody's hotel room and five people will show up and we'll drink 17 beers and laugh at the tv box. Just maybe. So, either NO comics will happen during that week (or however long) or 800 comics will happen. I'm just warning you now. Then I'm going to San Diego (WISH I WAS THERE RIGHT NOW, maybe next year?!) to see Nick Cave and then Beck back in Phoenix the week after. All I have to do is pretend to be in a coma until August 25th. Blargh.

The apartment complex I live in is offering a $500 referral bonus to existing tenants who refer people to move in. Seriously, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS off of my rent. Somebody pleeeaaaaaasssssssseeeeeeee move here! That annoying broad next to me got evicted, so you know, be my neighbor and make my rent $75. Come on!

I keep having these dreams where my apartment gets robbed. But they always choose to take/leave the weirdest shit. For instance, they'll leave all the dvds, but take my bed. It's seriously stressing out my sleep. I wonder what it means. And everytime, I decide to not act on it. I just suck it up and deal with it. No cops, no friends, just..like, "Well, hell. I guess that's that."
I'm getting so defeatist in my old age. Where has my fight gone?
